Always the challenge of the balance of capturing the beautiful forms of nature and the life spontaneous brush stroke brings. How much to define how much to leave loose and alive. And color, oh color. I do love yellows and grays together. I will leave that brilliant blue sky, such a magnificent backdrop to the formidable forsythia for another day.
